These are the terms for using Kurio, the app, and this website.
Using Kurio
Kurio helps you sort and plan your own photographs for your own Instagram accounts. Use it with photos you have the right to use, and with Instagram accounts that are yours or that you manage.
Your photos and accounts
Your photos stay yours, and stay on your computer. Kurio only reads them. When you connect Instagram, you allow Kurio to read your profile and posts as described in our privacy page; you can take that back at any time (see deleting your data). Your use of Instagram remains under Instagram's own terms.
As it is
Kurio and this website are provided as they are. Kurio's suggestions are suggestions: what you post is your decision. We work to keep Kurio reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of mistakes, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using it. Keep your own backups of your photos.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Using Kurio after a change means you accept the new terms.
